# Healthcare & Wellness Content Researcher + AI Video Editor (Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts)

## About the Project

We are building a strong digital presence for a wellness and healthcare brand through Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form video platforms.

We are looking for a creative, research-oriented individual who understands the healthcare and wellness content space and knows what makes short-form videos engaging, informative and shareable.

This is not just a video-editing job. We need someone who can continuously study successful healthcare professionals, wellness influencers, medical educators and health-focused content creators across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms, identify successful content strategies, and translate those insights into compelling video concepts and scripts for our brand.

The ultimate objective is to create content that educates the public, builds credibility, establishes trust in our doctors and brand, and encourages viewers to take positive steps towards their health.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Content Research & Competitor Analysis (Most Important)

- Regularly research popular healthcare professionals, wellness influencers, fitness experts, nutritionists and medical content creators across Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Identify high-performing videos based on views, engagement, shares, comments and other available performance indicators.
- Analyse what makes particular videos successful, including hooks, storytelling, presentation style, topics, editing patterns, visuals and calls to action.
- Identify trending health topics, common public misconceptions, frequently asked questions and subjects that generate strong audience engagement.
- Maintain a database of interesting and successful reference videos, including their links and key observations.
- Suggest original content ideas for our brand based on proven content patterns rather than simply copying existing creators.

### 2. Script Development & Content Strategy

- Convert research findings into engaging, original scripts suitable for 60–120-second videos.
- Develop powerful opening hooks that capture attention within the first 3 seconds.
- Simplify complex medical and scientific concepts into language that ordinary people can understand.
- Create content that balances education, entertainment, relatability and medical credibility.
- Suggest appropriate storytelling formats, examples, analogies and visual demonstrations.
- Develop scripts in English and/or Telugu, depending on the target audience.
- Incorporate feedback and improve scripts based on actual video performance.

We will provide medical inputs, rough scripts, talking points and reference material whenever necessary. Medical claims must remain accurate and should be verified against credible medical sources. The candidate is not expected to independently make clinical decisions.

### 3. AI-Assisted Video Production & Editing

Turn approved scripts and available doctor footage into polished, professional short-form videos.

Responsibilities include:

- Editing raw footage of our doctors while maintaining a natural and authentic appearance.
- Integrating real doctor footage with AI avatars using HeyGen or similar tools wherever appropriate.
- Generating professional AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs or equivalent platforms.
- Using AI-generated visuals, stock footage and B-roll through tools such as Gemini Veo and similar platforms.
- Creating simple animations, illustrations, icons and diagrams to explain medical conditions, anatomy and preventive healthcare.
- Adding engaging captions, transitions, background music and appropriate visual elements.
- Maintaining a clean, modern and professional healthcare aesthetic without excessive effects or distracting transitions.

### 4. Final Video Deliverables

Each completed video should include:

- 60–120-second professionally edited video.
- Vertical format: 1080 × 1920 (9:16).
- Burned-in, accurately synchronised captions.
- Separate SRT subtitle file.
- Suitable thumbnail/cover image.
- Consistent brand identity, including logo, fonts and colours.
- High-quality audio, clear voiceovers and balanced background music.
- Final MP4 file and editable project/source files.

## Required Skills & Tools

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

- Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts content research.
- Healthcare, wellness, nutrition, fitness or medical content.
- Viral content analysis and short-form content strategy.
- Scriptwriting, storytelling and attention-grabbing hooks.
- AI video generation and editing.
- HeyGen, Kling AI, Gemini Veo or equivalent tools.
- ElevenLabs or similar AI voice-generation platforms.
- Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or equivalent editing software.
- AI image generation, animation and visual storytelling.
- Understanding social media analytics and content performance.

You do not need to master every tool listed above, but you should be comfortable working with modern AI-assisted content creation workflows.

## What We Expect From the Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine interest in healthcare, wellness and educational content.
- Is naturally curious and enjoys researching what successful creators are doing.
- Can distinguish between genuinely informative content and content that is merely getting views.
- Has a good understanding of audience psychology and social media engagement.
- Can independently suggest topics, hooks, scripts and creative approaches.
- Has strong attention to detail, especially regarding medical accuracy, captions and visual quality.
- Is proactive, consistent and comfortable working with feedback.

## Deliverables & Working Arrangement

We are looking for a long-term working relationship rather than a one-time editing assignment.

The workflow will generally involve:

1. Research successful healthcare and wellness content.
2. Submit interesting reference videos and proposed content ideas.
3. Develop scripts for our approval.
4. Receive doctor footage, medical inputs or approved talking points.
5. Produce and edit the final videos.
6. Incorporate feedback and deliver the final assets.

Expected turnaround: Ideally 3–4 days per approved video, depending on complexity.
