Telnyx VoIP / SIP Expert Required – Fix Web Portal, Mobile App & Multi-Tenant Infrastructure

Project Description:
We are building and operating a multi-tenant VoIP/UCaaS platform and need an experienced Telnyx + SIP + VoIP developer/technical engineer to troubleshoot and resolve existing technical issues across our backend, web portal, mobile applications, and VoIP infrastructure.
This is an existing project, not a basic development project. We need someone who can understand the current architecture, identify the root causes, fix the issues, and help us stabilize the platform for production scaling.

Current major requirement
We are currently facing Telnyx connection/credential scalability limitations and need an expert who can review our architecture and determine the correct way to support a large number of customers/users without hitting Telnyx platform limitations.
We are planning to scale the platform significantly, so the developer must understand how to design the architecture properly rather than simply applying a temporary workaround.

Before awarding the project, please answer:
Have you personally integrated Telnyx into a production VoIP platform?
What Telnyx products/APIs have you worked with?
Have you worked with Telnyx SIP Connections and SIP Credentials?
Have you handled multiple tenants/customers with hundreds or thousands of users/numbers?
Have you experienced Telnyx connection/credential limits? How did you architect around them?
Have you worked with FreeSWITCH or FusionPBX + Telnyx?
Can you troubleshoot SIP registration, INVITE, authentication, routing and call failures?
Have you developed a VoIP mobile application using SIP/WebRTC?
Please provide one real Telnyx project you personally worked on. Explain your role and what you implemented.
Are you available for live technical troubleshooting sessions with our team?
Important
We are not looking for someone who will only write code from instructions.
We need a technical engineer who can:
Analyze → Identify root cause → Explain the issue → Implement the fix → Test → Document the solution.
We can provide access to the existing codebase, server/infrastructure information, API documentation and Telnyx configuration where required.
Long-term work is possible if the developer successfully resolves the initial technical issues.

IMPORTANT: Please do not apply if you have never worked directly with Telnyx. We will verify your previous Telnyx experience during the technical interview. Generic VoIP experience alone is not sufficient.
