I need a Telegram bot that runs smoothly on mobile-friendly hosting and gives me a single, intuitive control panel to direct every aspect of post views on my channel. From that dashboard I want to decide exactly how many views each post receives, how fast they accumulate, and over what time span they appear.
Beyond raw view counts, I also need flexible reaction management. The user should be able to pick any mix of Likes, Hearts, or Thumbs Up—so the bot must expose all three and let me toggle them per post.
Core functions I expect:
• Post limit rules so I can cap how many pieces of content the bot touches each day.
• Full view settings (quantity, speed, timing) linked to scheduling logic.
• Random-pattern views to keep activity organic.
• Mute / unmute post control.
• Daily member join-and-left statistics.
• Automated poll voting.
• Night mode that pauses activity during my set hours.
• Auto start for live streams.
• Automatic broadcast messages to groups or saved lists.
• Auto-posting from a folder, RSS, or simple text queue.
Acceptance criteria
1. Mobile-compatible deployment and a web-based panel I can open in a phone browser.
2. Clean UI showing real-time counters for active tasks and remaining limits.
3. Start/stop buttons for every feature plus a global emergency stop.
4. Source code delivered (Python preferred—Telethon, Pyrogram, or TDLib).
5. Installation guide and brief video walkthrough so I can replicate the setup on another server later.
