Telegram Paid Channel Bot Setup

I already run a public Telegram channel and now need a bot that handles the entire pay-wall flow for a second, members-only channel. Here’s exactly what I want it to do:

• Collect payment exclusively through Telegram Stars.
• Upon successful payment, generate and deliver a unique, private invite link to the paid channel.
• Grant each buyer one-time, permanent access; no renewals or subscription logic is required.
• Operate hands-off after deployment, so I can focus on content while the bot manages entry.

Please build, configure, and test the bot (Telegram Bot API, payments configuration, webhook or cloud function—use whichever stack you prefer) and provide clear instructions so I can adjust prices or links later. Speed matters: I’d like this running as soon as possible without compromising security or compliance with Telegram’s policies.
