Telegram Crypto Marketplace & Escrow Bot

I’m ready to roll out a full-fledged marketplace that lives entirely inside Telegram and I need a developer who can deliver the whole stack: the public-facing marketplace, a rock-solid escrow engine, and a custom Telegram bot that ties everything together.

Here’s what I have in mind:

• Core platform: web-based marketplace dashboard for buyers and sellers, plus dedicated group channels for Marketplace GC and Escrow GC.
• Escrow layer: funds move only through an on-chain escrow you build, releasing when both parties approve or a timer expires. At launch we will support Bitcoin; later we may add other coins once the framework is in place.
• Telegram bot: must respond to /start, /verify, /deal, /vouch and /support. The bot will guide users through verification (username + preferred currency: INR, USD or Crypto), collect deal details (buyer, seller, product, price, deadline, T&C) and push status updates to the right chats.
• Admin console: view transactions, manually intervene, adjust fees, issue refunds and mute or ban users who break the rules.
• Security: two-factor admin login, encrypted wallet keys, webhook signature checks and rate-limiting so the service stays fast and abuse-free.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional Telegram bot with the commands above, deployed on my server.
2. Web dashboard for marketplace listings, escrow tracking and admin controls.
3. Bitcoin escrow smart-wallet logic (multi-sig or P2SH) wired to the bot and dashboard.
4. Clean install guide and hand-over session so I can maintain the system.

Acceptance criteria
• A demo trade from /deal through escrow release completes without manual code tweaks.
• Verification flow stores data securely and prevents duplicate usernames.
• All bot messages, buttons and errors are concise and mobile friendly.
• Code passes an external security audit or my own review before final sign-off.
