I run a Telegram group whose core mission is lively community engagement, not just passive updates. To keep the conversation fresh I want daily touchpoints—think thought-provoking discussion starters, quick polls or surveys that gather member sentiment, and timely event announcements that boost participation.
Here’s what the role looks like from my side: you’ll step in as a visible moderator, schedule and publish at least one quality post every day, spark replies, and keep chats on-topic and respectful. You’re free to use Telegram’s native tools or a bot of your choice for scheduling, keyword alerts, or basic moderation, as long as the flow feels organic.
Deliverables
• Minimum 7 engaging posts per week, balanced across discussions, polls, and event notices
• Real-time moderation during peak hours (I’ll share analytics) to remove spam or off-topic content promptly
• A short weekly recap—what resonated, what fell flat, and one idea to test next week
Acceptance criteria
Posts must be original, concise, and free of grammar errors; polls should close with clear results shared back to members; event announcements must include dates, times, and a CTA link. Consistent tone and brand voice are key—I’ll provide guidelines on day one.
Let’s create a Telegram space members check in on daily because they want to, not because they have to.
