Telegram Chat Admin Automation

I need a Telegram bot that can lighten my workload inside our public channel. The core of the project is two-fold:

• Automated responses triggered by KEYWORDS – When a user types a defined keyword or phrase, the bot should instantly reply with the correct information. I will supply the trigger/response pairs; you just have to wire them up so I can edit or add new pairs later without touching code.

• Solid user management focused on ROLES & PERMISSIONS – Certain members need elevated rights (for example, moderators who can delete messages or mute users) while everyday members stay limited to regular posting. A simple command-based or web dashboard solution is fine as long as it’s secure and easy to expand.

Please build with the official Telegram Bot API in any mainstream language you’re comfortable with (Python, Node.js, or similar) and hand over:

1. Fully functioning bot deployed to my server / VPS
2. Clean, well-commented source code
3. Quick setup guide so I can redeploy or extend it later

If you can demonstrate a previous Telegram bot or show a short proof-of-concept, that will speed up the decision.
