Telegram Bot Development

We run a small e-commerce store and need a production-ready Telegram bot that answers common customer questions and sends order-status notifications. Our REST API already provides order data. The bot must be deployed to our Ubuntu VPS and use a webhook rather than long polling.
• Commands: /start, /help, /track, /support, and /language; English and Spanish responses.
• Order lookup by order number plus the customer email; never expose an order without matching both values.
• Automatic notifications for Paid, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, and Delivered events.
• Inline buttons for Track Order, FAQ, Contact Support, and Change Language.
• Escalation: collect the issue, order number, and optional screenshot, then forward it to a private staff group.
• Deliverables: source code, .env.example, Docker setup, database migration, deployment, and short README.
Acceptance criteria: all commands work in both languages; invalid input receives a clear response; order access is verified; webhook restarts automatically; no token or customer data is committed to Git; and a five-case test checklist passes on the VPS.
