Telecom Tower Energy Cost Audit

I need a detailed energy audit at two telecom towers with a clear, measurable objective: cut our operating electricity costs. The focus is the power-supply side of the site—everything from the rectifiers and battery strings through to any backup generation that keeps the radios alive. Cooling, lighting, and other loads can be noted if they influence the big picture, but I really want your time spent where the kilowatt-hours (and the money) disappear fastest.
What I’m expecting from you
• A site visit data-gathering plan that captures real-time and historical load profiles, fuel or utility bills, component efficiencies, and duty cycles.
• A concise written report pinpointing losses, quantifying savings opportunities, and ranking them by payback period—ideally showing best-, likely-, and worst-case ROI.
• Practical recommendations ready for implementation (e.g., controller re-tuning, phase-balancing, battery maintenance tweaks, or swaps to solar-hybrid units if the numbers back it).
• A short slide deck summarising findings for management, with the raw measurement data handed over in CSV or XLSX.
Acceptance criteria
The audit is complete when your report demonstrates at least three actionable measures that together can deliver a minimum 10 % reduction on current energy spend, all supported by calculations sourced from on-site readings or logged SCADA data.
If you routinely use tools such as Fluke energy loggers, ETAP, HOMER, or similar modelling software, let me know in your bid; it helps me understand how you will validate the numbers. Feel free to ask for any additional site diagrams, utility invoices, or equipment manuals you might need. my no is 9674593909
