Telecalling Renewal Campaign for Services

I have an active list of past customers who use my professional business services and it is time for their renewals. Your task is purely follow-up: calling these existing clients, reminding them that their service period is ending, and securing a fresh order or contract extension.

I will supply the customer database, a short call script, and basic renewal details. You will place the calls, note every interaction in the shared CRM or spreadsheet, and flag any issues I need to handle personally. At the end of each day I expect a concise call-log summary—number dialed, outcome, and next action—so we can track progress and adjust messaging if required.
