Telecalling Platform Feature Expansion

I already run a working tele-calling suite: one web portal and three Android apps distributed as locally installed APKs. The code is stable, but the original developer has moved on, so I need a parallel copy of the entire stack—web and mobile—where we can add new functionality without touching the production system.

After the environment is mirrored, I want two key upgrades:

• Call recording built right into the apps, capturing both sides of every conversation, saving securely on the server, and linking each recording to its corresponding call log for easy playback.
• A clear analytics & reporting layer that turns raw call data into actionable charts and exportable reports—think totals, durations, agent performance, and conversion metrics viewable on the web dashboard and, where practical, inside the apps.

Deliverables at a glance
1. Fresh deployment of the current web portal and three Android apps under separate package names / server paths.
2. Fully functional in-app call recording with storage, retrieval, and basic management tools.
3. Web-based analytics dashboard plus lightweight mobile views, with CSV/PDF export.
4. Clean, documented source code and a quick setup guide so my team can rebuild or redeploy without hassle.
