# Calling Partner / Telecaller for Website Development Client Acquisition

We are looking for energetic and confident **Calling Partners / Telecallers** to help us connect with business owners who may need a professional website.

This is a **commission-based opportunity**, so your earning directly depends on the clients you convert. There is no fixed salary or limit on how much you can earn.

### Your Role

* Call business owners using the leads we provide.
* Introduce our website development services in a professional and natural way.
* Find out whether the business already has a website or is interested in getting/improving one.
* Identify genuinely interested prospects and arrange the next conversation.
* Maintain professional communication with business owners.

You do **not** need to handle technical work, website development, pricing negotiations, or project delivery. Our team will handle those parts.

### What We Provide

* Filtered business leads with business name, phone number and basic information.
* Guidance on how to approach different types of businesses.
* Website demos that can be shown to interested prospects.
* Support during the client discussion and closing process.

### Commission

**30% commission on every website project you successfully help convert into a paid client.**

For example:

* $1,000 project → $300 commission

There is **no fixed salary, but there is also no fixed earning limit**. A few successful clients can potentially equal or exceed what someone might normally earn from a monthly fixed-pay role.

Commission is paid after we receive the client's payment.

### Important

Initially, you should be able to make calls using **your own phone number/calling setup**. We provide the leads and guidance; you arrange the calling facility.

We are especially interested in people who:

* Speak confidently and professionally
* Can communicate naturally with business owners
* Are comfortable making direct calls
* Can build rapport instead of simply reading a script
* Are motivated by commission-based earning
