I am looking for a confident and professional Telecaller / Lead Generation Specialist to help us connect with potential business clients for our website development services.
We are looking for someone who can communicate naturally and professionally with business owners and turn conversations into genuine business opportunities.
ABOUT THE WORK
You will contact businesses from targeted lead lists, introduce our website development services, understand their interest, and identify potential clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Calling potential business owners and decision-makers.
• Introducing our website development services.
• Understanding whether the business has a potential website requirement.
• Identifying genuinely interested prospects.
• Following up with interested businesses when required.
• Updating lead status clearly.
• Forwarding qualified and interested prospects to our team.

• Targeted and filtered business leads.
• Calling guidance and a clear communication process.
• Information about our services.
• Support whenever you need help with a client conversation.
• Transparent lead tracking and client status updates.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Business leads are provided → You contact the business → Introduce our service → Identify genuine interest → Share the interested prospect with our team → We handle the detailed discussion, requirements, proposal, and website development.
COMMISSION
This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity.
You will receive 30% commission for every client generated through your work who successfully becomes a paid customer.
There is no fixed earning limit. Your earning potential depends on the number of successful client conversions you generate.
The client discussion and deal progress will remain transparent, allowing you to track the status of the clients you bring.
