I need a confident, friendly telecaller to run a short-term market research project aimed at small local businesses preferably from Bihar. The goal is not selling—only gathering clear, accurate insights that will guide my upcoming service launch.
Scope
• Call a curated list of neighbourhood stores, private schools, colleges, and a handful of personal-site owners.
• Follow my scripted questionnaire, noting verbatim answers as well as any spontaneous remarks.
• Enter responses in the Google Sheet I provide, adding call outcome codes and time stamps.
• Flag any leads that request a follow-up so I can handle them separately; closing or nurturing them is outside this assignment.
Deliverables
1. Completed spreadsheet with 100% of assigned contacts reached or at least three documented call attempts each.
2. A concise end-of-day progress note outlining challenges, objections heard, and any script improvements you suggest.
3. Final summary (one page) highlighting trends you noticed across the small-business segment.
Acceptance criteria
– Every phone number tried the required number of times.
– No missing or unclear survey fields.
– All raw notes and the final summary submitted within the agreed timeline.
If you are comfortable doing polite, efficient information-gathering calls and can start right away, let’s talk so I can share the call list, script, and deadline.
