I have a full story outline and a detailed visual reference ready, and I need it transformed into a complete, drama-driven animation aimed squarely at a teen audience. The reference sets the tone, color palette, pacing, scene composition, and overall storytelling cadence—please treat it as your creative north star while still bringing your own flair to character acting, camera movement, and transition work.

Scope
You’ll animate every scene from scratch, matching the reference for look and feel while ensuring the final piece stays engaging for YouTube viewers. Character motions, facial expressions, environmental effects, and subtle dramatic beats all need to land convincingly. Sound design is already covered on my end, so you can focus entirely on visuals and timing.

Timeline
I’d like to wrap everything within a month, giving us enough room for one round of revisions after the first full draft.

Deliverable
• A high-quality video file (1080p or above) ready for direct upload to YouTube, plus the project source files (After Effects, Toon Boom, Blender, or your preferred tool).
