Technology Sell-Sheet Submission Admin

I need reliable daily support sending our PDF sell sheets to technology-focused investment firms. I already have a partial target list and will share it at kickoff; after those names are covered you’ll expand the list so we consistently hit 50 qualified submissions every business day.

Your day will look like this: pull the current batch of investor contacts, personalise and email the PDF, then log each touchpoint so I can track who has received the material and who requires follow-up. Whenever you add new firms, note the source and confirm they invest specifically in tech.

Deliverables I expect
• 50 verifiable submissions every day (Monday–Friday)
• An up-to-date spreadsheet showing company name, contact, email date, and status
• Weekly summary highlighting any bounce-backs or warm leads

If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable doing light research to grow the contact pool, this should run smoothly. I’ll supply the sell sheet PDF, email copy, and the starter list; you bring the consistency and an eye for suitable tech investors.
