A full user manual for a technical product has to be translated with absolute accuracy while keeping every heading, figure reference, safety note, and table exactly where it belongs. I will supply the original file as soon as the contract starts, together with any existing terminology lists. Your job is to return a clean, publication-ready version in the target language, formatted so that the page flow, numbered steps, and captions mirror the source.

Because this is a technical document, consistent use of industry terminology is essential. I expect that you double-check units, part names, and interface labels so they match current standards and the manufacturer’s wording. Any term that is unclear should be flagged for quick clarification rather than guessed.

Deliverables:
• Fully translated manual in the same editable format I provide (DOCX, InDesign, or similar)
• A PDF proof showing final layout for a quick visual check
• A short terminology or change log, highlighting any item that required clarification

Before starting, please let me know which CAT tools or QA utilities you prefer—Trados, MemoQ, or another option—so we can decide on the best file exchange method.
