Technical Recruiter for Engineering Roles

Two urgent openings are waiting on my desk: mid-level Software Engineers and DevOps Specialists. Every candidate you present must show solid command of at least one modern programming language, hands-on experience with cloud platforms, and daily familiarity with Git or another version-control system.

Here’s the scope in plain terms. I will hand over detailed job descriptions and preferred salary bands; you will:

• Source and attract talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow Talent or similar channels.
• Screen résumés and run the first technical/behavioral interview, probing for coding fluency, cloud deployment know-how (AWS is ideal, GCP acceptable), and disciplined version-control habits.
• Deliver a concise shortlist—5-7 vetted professionals per role—complete with summary notes, compensation expectations, availability, and links to code portfolios.

I’ll keep the process moving with Slack for daily touchpoints and a weekly Zoom checkpoint. First shortlists should reach me within two weeks, with final offers accepted no later than six. If you already live inside ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever and enjoy crafting a smooth candidate journey, this assignment will feel natural.

Once both positions are closed and onboarding packs signed, the project is done—simple, focused, and results-driven.
