Technical Liaison for Integrations(Only US or Canada)

I need a dependable partner who can coordinate day-to-day conversations between our clients and engineering teams. Most of the dialogue centers on software systems and integrations, so you should feel comfortable breaking down architecture decisions, API workflows, and deployment considerations in clear, jargon-free English for business stakeholders while still speaking in precise technical terms with developers.

Your main responsibility will be to keep information flowing smoothly—capturing questions from clients, translating them into actionable tasks for engineers, and then explaining the resulting work back to non-technical audiences. Fluency in English and a solid software development background are both essential because many calls dive into common engineering topics such as scalability, code quality, and CI/CD.

I use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to draft agendas, summaries, and follow-ups, and I expect you to do the same to stay efficient and well prepared for each discussion.
