I am a solo small business owner developing a smart pet product line and managing an e-commerce brand. I need an automation expert to set up a hands-off operations pipeline using webhooks, APIs, or integration tools (like Zapier or Make). The goal is to automatically route conversation summaries from my Plaud One AI recording device and sync my calendars straight into monday.com boards without manual data entry.

Scope of Work: 1. Webhook Pipeline: Connect Plaud One data output streams to a monday.com Pro workspace. Cleanly map incoming AI summaries into specific board columns (Task Title, Due Date, Vendor, Action Notes).
2. Multi-Calendar Integration: Integrate a total of 3 calendars (2 work calendars and 1 personal calendar) into the automation ecosystem.
3. Automated Notification Cadence: Set up automated alerts to deliver: - A daily schedule overview update. - An evening notification outlining exactly what to expect the following day. - A high-level digest of key meetings at the beginning of each week.
4. Workspace Architecture: Build two clean tracking boards (one for physical manufacturing/hardware milestones and one for Shopify website updates) with secure guest views for my external developers.
