I need an experienced technical writer to turn a collection of research notes, data tables, and interview transcripts into a polished documentary-style report. The task goes beyond simple proofreading: you will organise the material into a coherent narrative, verify technical accuracy, and refine the language so it is both engaging and precise.
The audience includes decision-makers who appreciate a strong storyline but still expect methodical detail. You’ll be free to suggest headings, visual aids, and any clarifying sidebars that improve readability, provided the core facts remain intact.
Deliverables:
• A fully edited, publication-ready technical documentary (Word or Google Docs)
• A change-tracked version showing all edits
• A concise style sheet summarising terminology and abbreviations used
Acceptance criteria: logical structure, consistent terminology, error-free grammar, and formatting that is ready for immediate distribution.
If you have produced similar long-form technical narratives—especially where complex information had to be distilled for a mixed audience—please share a sample and outline your expected timeline for a first draft.
