About Pluxo Media:
Pluxo Media is an early-stage, performance-driven influencer marketing agency built to solve a core problem for D2C brands: bridging the gap between vanity metrics and actual bottom-line ROI through structured micro-creator campaigns.
We are currently operating at a pre-revenue, zero-capital seed stage, and we are looking for a Technical Co-Founder to build, scale, and own the entire digital infrastructure of the agency from scratch.
What You Will Own & Build:
1. Core Web Architecture & Development:
- Rebuilding, optimizing, and maintaining our digital presence (pluxomedia.com).
- Eliminating hosting/canonical conflicts (resolving www vs. non-www routing), cleaning up legacy template code, and ensuring mobile-first responsiveness.
2. Technical & On-Page SEO Framework:
- Implementing clean heading hierarchies (H1 to H4), schema markups, and fixing meta tag overflows to ensure rapid indexing by search engines.
- Structuring long-tail keyword mapping targeting high-intent B2B terms in the Indian influencer marketing ecosystem.
3. Performance & Speed Optimization:
- Achieving top-tier Core Web Vitals and Google PageSpeed performance to ensure a lightning-fast experience for incoming brand clients and creators.
What We Expect from You:
• Strong command over modern web development stacks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Webflow/Custom CMS, and hosting platforms like Netlify/Cloudflare).
• Deep, practical understanding of Technical SEO, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, and search console optimization.
• A true "builder" mindset: You don’t just write code; you understand how web infrastructure drives organic inbound leads for a business.
• Willingness to join as a Founding Partner on an Equity + Profit-Share model, investing your skills to build a high-growth asset from day zero.
