Start with "I am not a bot" in your proposal, others will ignore.
American, European English or Spanish tutors are prefered.
My software engineering team is growing fast and I want an experienced interviewer who can confidently evaluate both the hard and soft skills of our candidates.
You will cover two dimensions in every session. First, the behavioral side: I need you to probe leadership and teamwork in real depth—how applicants motivate peers, resolve conflict, and share ownership. While that is the priority, feel free to note any impressive problem-solving or communication traits you see along the way.
Second, the technical side: the conversation should centre on software testing and quality assurance. Discuss unit, integration, automation, CI/CD, code coverage, and overall test strategy so we can gauge a candidate’s quality mindset. Familiarity with programming languages or system design is welcome, but your credibility in QA is what really matters.
Typical flow
• I send you the résumé and role description.
• You design a 45-60 minute interview tailored to the candidate.
• You run the call on Zoom or Google Meet.
• Within 24 hours you send structured feedback and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation.
Deliverables for each candidate
- Interview question set and brief rationale
- Scoring rubric with weighted criteria
- Written feedback summary and recommendation
Please let me know about your prior interviewing experience, QA expertise, and timezone availability so we can start scheduling right away.
