About the role
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a customer-facing technical advisor in Dayshape’s Value Optimizers team, part of the Service Delivery Organization. The TAM helps our top enterprise customers maximize the value of their Dayshape environment as quickly as possible. With M&A, PE investment and AI reshaping the professional services market, the TAM works closely with Customer Success to help the customer navigate that change and drive adoption forward from a technical perspective. That means unlocking new features and making integrated data dependable, so firm-wide insights can drive action from Resource Manager level right up to C suite. The TAM will work in depth with two or three of our largest and most complex professional services customers.
The TAM develops a deep understanding of their customer’s technical landscape, including configuration, integrations, data flows, environments, and business requirements. They proactively identify technical risks, optimize use of Dayshape, and uncover opportunities for additional technical services or capabilities. Because value rarely arrives straight after go-live, the TAM provides high-touch, long-term support, staying with the customer as their priorities and scale evolve, and working closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Professional Services to provide technical leadership and continuity across the customer lifecycle.
