My software consulting firm receives a steady flow of client requests, and I need a reliable partner who can quickly surface qualified software-developer profiles that match each brief.

Most of the demand centres on software developers, specifically:

• Application developers who can build, extend, and maintain web or mobile products
• Cloud and AI specialists with hands-on experience in platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or comparable toolchains and frameworks for machine learning and data engineering
• Middleware and integration specialists who can stitch diverse systems together and optimise API performance

For every search I will share a concise role description, must-have skills (application development, cloud technologies, AI, middleware), location or time-zone preference if any, and timeline. I’ll look to you to deliver:

• A curated set of candidate profiles (CV or LinkedIn URL) that clearly demonstrate the requested skills
• A short commentary on why each candidate fits, including availability and notice period if known
• Your assessment of any gaps or strengths that might matter during client interviews

Turnaround speed and accuracy are key; the first batch of profiles for a role is usually needed within three to five days. If this pilot run goes well, we can expand the partnership to additional roles on an ongoing basis.
