Tech Job Placement Recruiter Needed

I am seeking an experienced freelance recruiter who can take complete ownership of my job search and placement within Tech / IT at the mid-level. My goal is to secure a permanent, full-time position that aligns with my background; I will rely on you to run the entire recruitment cycle right up to my first day on the new team.

You will be expected to:
• Map suitable opportunities, tailor my résumé / LinkedIn profile, and submit high-quality applications.
• Act as my point of contact with hiring managers and talent teams, scheduling and preparing me for every interview stage.
• Advise on compensation, negotiate the final offer, and handle all follow-up paperwork until onboarding is confirmed.
