Teams-ServiceNow Chatbot Build

I’d like a native Microsoft Teams chatbot that connects to our ServiceNow instance so employees can help themselves instead of opening tickets the old-fashioned way. The bot should do three things seamlessly: reply to common “how do I…?” questions, guide users through creating or updating a service request, and let them check the latest status of an existing ticket.

Because our governance model only permits read-only ServiceNow access for automations, the bot will need to fetch data directly while capturing any new or updated request details in a way our Service Desk team can approve and push live. I’m open to suggestions on securely structuring that hand-off—whether through a staged table, an email action, or another ServiceNow integration pattern you’ve used before.

Teams Toolkit, Bot Framework, Azure Bot Service, or Power Automate are all fine; what matters is a smooth, single-sign-on experience inside Teams and clean, well-documented code so my IT staff can maintain it later. Please package the bot for easy deployment to our tenant and include a brief setup guide plus any ServiceNow configuration steps required.
