Role: Team Lead (TL)

Location: Wagle Estate

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Payment/Salary: ₹16,400

Key Responsibilities
As a Team Lead, you will be the backbone of our hub operations, handling:

Making OFD (Out For Delivery): Ensuring efficient dispatch and timely movement of shipments.

Closing of Runsheet: Managing end-of-day reconciliation and operational reporting.

Cash Handling: Overseeing and processing COD (Cash on Delivery) collections securely.

Rider Handling: Team supervision, motivating riders, and maintaining smooth fleet performance.
