Team Holiday Card Photoshop Design

I’m ready to turn our annual company card into a “Insite Sandi Christmas Tree Takeover.” The cover needs to be a 5.5 x 7.5-inch, print-ready graphic that blends our real staff photos with light illustrative flourishes so it feels almost photographic—just festive enough to pop.

Scene essentials
• Centrepiece: the iconic Sandi Christmas tree built from sand.
• Background: our local intracoastal waterway dotted with a few boats and palm trees.
• Staff integration: all 17 teammates appearing from inside or around the tree—think heads peeking through sand, someone waving from the side, another perched near the star, etc. Everyone should be dressed up in playful Christmas sweaters, novelty glasses, statement earrings or anything else that screams holiday spirit. But still recognisable.
• Ground elements: wrapped gifts and a couple of beach balls worked in with our logo and icon.
• Front text: the sand plaque on the tree reads “Insite Sandi Christmas Tree Takeover,” while the main greeting across the card says “Happy Holidays.”

I’ll supply high-resolution photos of the staff, reference shots of the sand tree and waterfront, the card mock-up, plus our logo files. You’ll weave them into a cohesive, near-realistic composition that feels lively without drifting into full cartoon territory.

Deliverables (print-ready):
• Layered PSD (300 dpi, CMYK) matching 5.5 x 7.5 in. plus 0.125 in. bleed
• Flattened high-res JPEG/PDF for quick proofing
• All custom illustration or font files, if any, packaged

Acceptance: Everyone recognisable, colours balanced for print, greetings spelled exactly as above, and space left clear for our printer’s trim line.

If you love detailed photo manipulation and holiday vibes, this should be a fun one!
