Team ChatGPT & Claude Workspace Setup

I have two paid accounts—ChatGPT and Claude—and I need a quick, tidy workspace built for a small crew of 1–5 people. All of us should be able to jump in, see everything, and edit freely, so please configure both platforms with equal-level permissions for every seat you create.

Inside ChatGPT I’d like a clear folder structure that groups conversations and uploads by client or project. A handful of sample folders will do; I can duplicate the pattern once it’s in place. Claude can mirror the same logic or simply inherit the open-access setup, whichever is fastest.

Here’s what I expect once we’re done:
• Seats activated for both tools and all users invited
• Shared permissions confirmed—no hidden or read-only areas
• Starter folders in ChatGPT labeled by client/project, ready for us to populate
• A brief hand-off note (or Loom clip) showing me where to add new users and folders later

It’s a compact job, so if you know your way around ChatGPT Teams, Claude, or similar collaborative AI workspaces, it should be straightforward. Looking forward to getting this wrapped up quickly.
