TDL Development for 2D Barcode Billing

Subject: Requirement for Group-Wise Billing TDL & Packing List via 2D Barcode
Hi,
I am looking for a quotation for a custom TDL in Tally Prime to handle jewelry billing via 2D QR scans.
The Workflow & Requirements:
I will scan a QR code into the Sales Voucher. The scanner outputs a string like this: 207428//SF2ST709464AB1A/2.67//JHI200/N/A
I do NOT want standard line-by-line item entry on the billing UI.
I need the TDL to extract the labor rate from the string (the number after "JHI", in this case, 200). I have already written the TDL function for this extraction and included it at the bottom of this email to save your developer time.
The Sales Voucher UI must dynamically auto-group the scanned items based on that extracted labor rate (e.g., "Making Charge 150", "Making Charge 200").
At the bottom of each group block on the UI, it must sub-total the Net Weight of the items in that group.
I need a single manual input box next to the sub-totaled weight where I can type my own customer-specific rate to calculate the final amount for that group.
Manual Entry Fallback: The modified Sales Voucher MUST still allow me to manually type and enter older, non-barcoded stock on the same bill without crashing the auto-grouping script.
Print Format (Packing List): Even though the billing screen groups the items for easy rate entry, the printed invoice (or a separate printed Annexure/Packing List) MUST list every individual scanned item. Underneath each group heading, it should print the Item Code, the Tag ID (Batch), and the Net Weight for every piece, acting as a detailed wholesale packing list.
