Task Management Mobile App

I’m building “Done Baba Done,” a mobile app focused squarely on managing tasks, work, and day-to-day personal activities. The idea is simple: capture what needs doing, track progress with zero fuss, and celebrate when it’s done. I already have the core concept and name—now I need a developer who can turn that concept into a polished iOS and Android experience.

Scope of work
• Design a clean, intuitive interface that lets users create, edit, and organise tasks quickly.
• Implement key features such as due-date reminders, priority levels, progress indicators, and a daily “done” summary.
• Build secure user accounts (email, Google, or Apple sign-in) so data syncs seamlessly across devices.
• Ensure the app performs smoothly offline, then syncs once a connection returns.
• Package and prepare the builds for App Store and Google Play submission, guiding me through the listing steps.

Tech preferences
I’m open to React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, or another cross-platform stack if you can justify why it suits this project’s timeline and maintenance needs.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a private Git repo, well commented.
2. Interactive prototype (Figma or similar) reviewed before development begins.
3. TestFlight and Google Beta builds for feedback rounds.
4. Final release builds, store-ready assets, and basic deployment documentation.

Acceptance criteria
• All core features function reliably on current iOS and Android versions.
• UI matches the approved prototype pixel-for-pixel.
• No critical or major bugs present in the final build.
