Task & Booking Management Mobile App

I need a complete mobile application that lets my team organise day-to-day tasks and handle client bookings from one place. The idea is simple: create tasks, assign them, follow their progress, and confirm or reschedule bookings without ever leaving the app. A clean interface, calendar view, push notifications, and a lightweight dashboard will keep everyone in sync and cut the clutter of spreadsheets and long chat threads.

Cross-platform coverage is essential, so I’m open to Flutter, React Native, or any native solution you can justify—what matters is a smooth experience on both iOS and Android and a backend that can scale as new features are added.

Deliverables I expect
