Target Roundel PPC Optimization

I run a set of Target Product Ads that are ready for the next level and I need a hands-on PPC specialist to take full ownership of them on Target Roundel. My single objective is to boost overall sales while keeping CPC lean and ROAS trending upward. No catalog or listing work is required—this role is pure pay-per-click management.

You should already feel comfortable inside Target Roundel (experience with Criteo or Roundel Media Studio is a plus) and be able to:

• Build and refine campaigns from the ground up, structuring ad groups and product groupings to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research to uncover new profitable terms and prune waste.
• Perform strategic bid adjustments powered by data, not guesses.
• Review ad performance regularly, slicing reports to spot trends and implement rapid optimizations.
• Deliver concise weekly summaries that highlight wins, losses, next steps, and spend vs. sales.

Acceptance criteria
• Week-over-week reporting that shows key metrics—impressions, clicks, CPC, spend, sales, and ROAS.
• Documented keyword and bid changes with the rationale behind each update.
• A sustained upward trend in total attributed sales within the first 30 days.
• CPC stability or reduction without sacrificing volume.

This is a fully remote engagement. The hourly ceiling is $8, so please keep proposals within that range. If you have verifiable results driving sales on Target Roundel or similar, let’s talk—I’m ready to start immediately.
