6. Simple dropdown lists
For:

Job Type (Reactive / Planned)

7. Easy‑to‑use layout
The dashboard must be:

Simple

Easy for non‑technical staff to update

No complicated formulas (COUNTIF, SUM, basic dropdowns only)

Data Structure
The job table will look like this:
