I have nine storage tanks currently certified for 21.5 PPG drilling mud. I now need an engineering review to confirm whether they can safely handle a 22 PPG mud weight.

What I will supply
• The latest GA drawings with full dimensions for all nine tanks.
• Notes on current operating practices and fluid levels.

Scope of your evaluation
The main objective is to verify structural integrity at the higher density. No formal ASME or API stamp is required at this stage, but please apply recognised best-practice methods and cite the codes or factors of safety you use.

Key tasks
1. Analyse wall, roof and support stresses under the increased specific gravity.
2. Identify any weak points or failure modes related to welds, nozzles, baffles or supports.
3. Highlight additional data that might refine the analysis (e.g., material specs or pressure ratings) so I can source it if necessary.
4. Provide clear recommendations, including any modifications or monitoring that would be needed for safe operation at 22 PPG.

Deliverables
• A concise engineering report with calculations, assumptions and conclusions.
• Marked-up drawings or sketches pinpointing critical areas.
• A short summary slide or table I can share with operations leadership.

Acceptance criteria
The report must demonstrate load paths, show calculated safety factors versus allowable limits, and state a clear pass/fail verdict for 22 PPG. Where modifications are advised, quantify the required capacity increase.

Please let me know your preferred analysis tool (e.g., FEA package, spreadsheet method) and the estimated turnaround time once drawings are in hand.
