Tamil Student Counselor Needed

I represent LiTMS – Live Institute of Technology & Management Studies. To keep pace with our growing applicant pool, I’d like a freelancer who can engage Tamil-speaking prospects, walk them through our program options and turn the right leads into confirmed admissions.

Here’s what the role looks like in practice. Each day you’ll answer incoming questions in Tamil, mostly over the phone and occasionally through our social-media pages. While talking, you’ll give clear, accurate details about course structures, schedules and fees, then guide interested students step-by-step through the application process. When a prospect meets our eligibility criteria, you’ll nudge them toward a firm commitment and record the outcome along with basic call notes and follow-up dates in a simple tracker (Google Sheets or similar).

Because the conversations follow an established script and CRM workflow, I’m open to someone with entry-level experience—as long as you’re friendly, organized and willing to learn quickly. Training on our programs, tone and admission policies is provided on day one; after that you should feel confident handling calls independently and hitting weekly conversion targets.

Deliverables
• Daily log of calls, social-media chats and follow-ups
• Weekly report showing inquiries handled, qualified leads and admissions closed
• Consistently updated student records in the shared tracker
