Tally Purchase-Sales Data Entry

I have a batch of purchase and sales invoices that must be keyed into Tally. The source documents are all PDFs or scanned images, and for every entry I only need the basic invoice particulars captured—date, party name, item description, quantity and amount.

The work covers both transaction types, so you will move through each PDF, extract the figures accurately and post them in the correct purchase or sales voucher inside Tally. No GST breakdowns, discounts or freight lines are required; just the core fields exactly as they appear on the document.

Accuracy is critical: totals in Tally have to match the invoice values, and party names should mirror the spelling shown on the scan. If you spot unreadable numbers or missing pages, flag them immediately so I can resend a clearer copy.

Once all entries are posted, a quick day-book printout (PDF export) will serve as confirmation that everything balances. Let me know your turnaround time and any questions you have about the files, and we can get started right away.
