I need an experienced TDL developer to extend and refine my Tally Prime setup. The immediate scope covers three fronts—user interface tweaks, bespoke reports, and fully tailored invoices—and I’d like all of them to feel native, stable, and fast.

1. Interface & workflow
• Streamline on-screen navigation and data entry so daily tasks take fewer clicks without losing compliance.

2. Custom reports
• Build new report formats that draw directly from existing ledgers and inventory tables. They must render inside Tally and export cleanly to Excel/PDF. The exact layouts will be finalised together, but expect a mix of financial, inventory, and sales views.

3. Invoice overhaul
• Layout design, additional data fields, and smart auto-calculations (tax, discounts, rounding) are required. I should be able to toggle GST visibility per customer and still stay within statutory form standards.

Integration & tech stack
XML/API hooks with external systems are already in place for a few modules; any new objects you create should expose the same endpoints. Solid accounting sense and working GST knowledge are essential so that every output reconciles without manual fixes.

Collaboration details
You’ll work remotely but must be available for occasional in-person discussions in Ahmedabad. I’m a freelancer myself and see this as a chance to trade expertise—there’s room to branch into wider ERP automation once the initial milestones pass acceptance testing.

Deliverables (per milestone)
• Compiled TDL file(s) with commented source
• Installation and rollback guide
• Test data demonstrating correct calculations and printouts
• Brief hand-off session (online or on-site)

If you enjoy solving tricky data problems inside Tally while keeping accountants happy, let’s get started.
