Tally Prime Setup & Migration

I’m ready to roll out Tally Prime so all our bookkeeping sits in one reliable place. The scope is clear: configure the software, migrate my live accounts, and leave me with a system that captures every sale, purchase, payment, and reconciliation without loose ends.

What I need done
• Build the company file from scratch in Tally Prime, including GST details, the full chart of accounts, voucher types, and inventory/ledger masters.
• Import my historic data from another accounting platform (export files will be supplied) so opening balances, outstanding invoices, and bank figures match to the cent.
• Set up day-to-day workflows for:
– recording daily sales, purchases, and expenses
– posting bank payments and receipts with bank reconciliation enabled
– tracking customer and supplier balances against individual invoices
• Test the migrated books and generate a trial balance to confirm accuracy.
• Provide a brief hand-off guide or screen-share walkthrough so my staff can post entries confidently after you leave.

Acceptance
The job is complete when the migrated trial balance tallies with my source system, sample UAE VAT, eINVOICING/financial reports run without errors, and my team can follow the documented steps to post the next day’s transactions.
