Tally Prime Data Entry and Validation

All sales invoices, purchase bills, and daily bank transactions from the current quarter have to be entered directly into my existing Tally Prime company file. The ledgers are already created; what’s missing is the careful voucher posting that keeps the GST, narrations, and cost-centre tags consistent with my past records.

Once the entries are in, I will generate the financial statements myself, so the core of this job is accurate, audit-ready data entry. If you notice a mismatch while posting—say, an invoice total that doesn’t agree with its payment—flag it straight away so we can correct it on the spot. Although my immediate need is data entry, experience with reconciliation or report generation in Tally Prime will be appreciated, as I may extend the work later.

Deliverables:
• Clean, validated voucher entries for sales, purchases, and bank transactions in my live Tally Prime file
• A brief summary of any discrepancies or missing paperwork discovered during posting

Successful completion will be confirmed once every document I provide appears in Tally Prime with matching values and dates, and no suspense entries remain.
