We need people who are good at talking to others to help us sign up small business owners for an easy project.
What the job is: You go talk to a business owner near you — could be a hotel, restaurant, farm, repair shop, carpenter, cleaning company, welding shop, or any small business with workers. Look for businesses with at least 10 workers, up to about 200 workers — not a tiny one-person shop, and not a huge company. You explain a simple idea to them: they wear a small camera on their head while doing their normal daily work, nothing changes for them, and they get paid for the video. If the owner says yes, you help them sign up. That's the whole job.
Who can apply: Must live in USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, or Brazil. Good at talking to people, friendly, not shy to ask. No experience needed, but past selling experience or knowing local shop owners is a big plus. Can work on your own without someone checking on you all day. Can do a mix of visiting in person and calling or messaging.
How you get paid: When you sign up a business, we track how many hours they record in the first week. If they get good hours in that first week, you earn a commission — roughly equal to what those first few days of recording are worth to us. This is a one-time reward tied to how well your signed business performs early on, not a payment that goes on forever. The more businesses you sign up, and the better they perform in that first week, the more you earn — you can do this again and again for each new business you bring in.
