Talent Sourcing Assistant Needed

I run a small but growing talent agency and need reliable help finding and connecting with fresh faces. Your main job is simple yet crucial: hunt for promising talent online, reach out with a warm, professional first message, and hand me clean, organized leads.

Where you’ll search
– Instagram, TikTok, and similar social platforms
– Established talent websites and casting boards

I’ll share search criteria, sample outreach scripts, and a tracking spreadsheet. Each week I expect:

• 40–60 new, vetted talent leads entered into the sheet
• Screenshots or links that show why each person fits the brief
• A short status note on conversations you’ve opened

If you already know social-media search tricks, casting databases, or outreach tools like Airtable, Notion, or HubSpot, that’s a plus. Consistent communication, respectful messaging, and an eye for genuine potential are non-negotiable.
