About Donna

Donna provides premium specialized talent and executive assistants to ambitious business leaders across North America.

We're building a new category in the virtual talent space by focusing on exceptional service delivery, comprehensive training, and strategic support that acts as a force multiplier for our clients. Our carefully selected talents in the Philippines and partner countries provide support that goes beyond basic task delegation, helping our clients level up and make bigger moves in their careers and businesses.

This is an opportunity to join a company that's redefining virtual talent solutions and shaping the future of remote work. By joining now, you'll have a significant impact on our growth trajectory and the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.

About the Role
This is an internal role at Donna, not a client role.
As a Talent Manager at Donna, you'll be the cornerstone of our talent development and retention strategy. You'll manage and coach a diverse team of 8-12 virtual professionals - including executive assistants, customer service representatives, administrators, and other specialized roles - helping them excel in their client relationships while building fulfilling careers at Donna. This role requires you to be both a supportive mentor and a performance-focused manager. You'll build genuine trust and rapport with your team members, providing the coaching and guidance they need to succeed with their clients. At the same time, you'll set high standards and deliver direct, sometimes challenging feedback when performance issues arise. We provide exceptional opportunities for our talent, but we also expect exceptional results - and you'll be responsible for maintaining that balance through both encouragement and accountability.

Beyond day-to-day coaching, you'll serve as the primary HR liaison for your team, handling everything from vacation requests to policy questions. You'll also be a key voice in shaping how Donna operates, providing input on policies, procedures, compensation, and our hiring and training processes. Your insights from working directly with talent will help inform company-wide decisions. Most importantly, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining the company culture that makes Donna an exceptional place for talent to grow and thrive. Through regular Slack check-ins, video calls, and ongoing support, you'll create an environment where talented professionals choose to build their careers with us long-term.
