We currently have a growing roster of professionally presented talent and are looking for a results-driven Business Development / Brand Partnerships freelancer who can bring actual paid opportunities to our agency.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibility will be:
FIND CLIENTS → CONTACT CLIENTS → GET REQUIREMENTS → PRESENT OUR TALENT → NEGOTIATE → CLOSE THE BOOKING
You will research and approach:
* Fashion brands
* Jewellery brands
* Beauty brands
* Cosmetics companies
* Clothing brands
* D2C brands
* E-commerce companies
* Advertising agencies
* Marketing agencies
* Hotels & hospitality businesses
* Restaurants & lifestyle businesses
* Event companies
* Production houses
* Casting directors
* Social-media agencies
* Influencer marketing agencies
Outreach Methods
You can use:
* Instagram DM
* Email
* LinkedIn
* WhatsApp Business
* Cold calling
* Google Maps/business research
* Existing business network
* Referrals
* Agency databases
* Your own professional network
We will provide you with CITRINE MANAGEMENT talent profiles/portfolio PDFs that you can present to potential clients.
Your KPI
We are looking for actual business, not followers.
The freelancer should work toward:
* 100+ qualified prospects/month
* Consistent outbound outreach
* 20–40 meaningful conversations
* Qualified campaign enquiries
* Client meetings
* Model booking opportunities
* 2–5+ paid bookings/month initially
As results improve, we want to scale this significantly.
Commission Structure
We are open to:
Option A — Fixed + Commission
₹10,000–₹20,000/month
+ 5–10% commission on the agency revenue actually collected from clients you bring.
Example:
Client pays CITRINE ₹50,000.
If your agreed commission is 10%:
Your commission = ₹5,000
CITRINE retains the remaining revenue after applicable model/production costs.
Commission is paid only after CITRINE receives the client’s payment.
Long-Term Opportunity
This is intended to become a long-term partnership.
If you consistently bring good clients and bookings, we are open to increasing:
* Monthly fixed compensation
* Commission
* Responsibilities
* Client ownership
* Senior Business Development role
We are also open to a commission-only arrangement for an experienced person who already has strong brand/agency connections. Commission-only B2B sales arrangements are common on freelance marketplaces, including examples offering 15%+ of collected project value.

* Hungry for sales
* Good at communication
* Confident approaching businesses
* Comfortable with cold outreach
* Good at negotiation
* Strong in English
* Comfortable using Instagram/LinkedIn/WhatsApp
* Able to maintain a CRM/lead sheet
* Able to follow up repeatedly
* Interested in fashion, beauty, entertainment or advertising
Existing relationships with brands, agencies, production houses, hotels or marketing companies are a major advantage.
NOT Suitable For
We are not looking for someone whose main skill is posting Instagram content.
We need someone who can say:
“Give me the talent roster, and I will go out and find clients who will pay to book them.”
