Talent Acquisition Specialist – Property Management & Short-Term Rentals

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to help us source qualified candidates for roles within the property management and short-term rental industry.

The primary responsibility will be candidate sourcing and talent research. You will identify potential candidates who match our hiring requirements, conduct initial qualification based on agreed criteria, and organize qualified prospects for our review.

This is a sourcing-focused role rather than a general HR position.

What you'll be doing
Source qualified candidates for property management and short-term rental positions
Research candidates using appropriate online sourcing methods
Build targeted candidate lists based on specific job requirements
Review candidate backgrounds and experience against our criteria
Conduct initial candidate screening when appropriate
Organize candidate information in a clear and structured format
Maintain an organized pipeline of potential candidates
Provide regular updates on sourcing activity and results
Adjust sourcing strategies based on feedback and hiring requirements

Property Managers
Short-Term Rental Managers
Vacation Rental Operations Specialists
Guest Experience / Guest Services Specialists
Reservations Coordinators

Experience sourcing candidates in property management, vacation rentals, hospitality, real estate, or related industries is highly desirable.
