This fully remote position contributes to reliable, compliant hiring processes by combining structured administration with clear communication and disciplined prioritisation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
Define process standards and improve operational metrics for time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
Set delivery priorities, workload allocation, and quality checkpoints across hiring pipelines
Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping
Requirements
Experience managing or leading talent acquisition delivery, workflow prioritisation, or quality control
Ability to define hiring process standards and improve operational metrics
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
