Who We Are
Zefir is building an AI autopilot for home sales in Europe, starting in France: an AI agent runs the entire sale and purchase journey end-to-end, orchestrating local brokers, portals, buyers, and documents.
Backed by €60 million from top-tier investors Sequoia Capital and Kima Ventures, we're committed to accelerating life changes for millions of current and future European homeowners.
Your Mission
Zefir is hiring across Sales, Engineering, Product and Ops, and the Talent team is the engine behind it. You'll join as the first Talent Acquisition intern, working day to day with our Founding Talent Lead, in a team that reports directly to the CEO.
This is not an admin internship. You'll own real pipelines, talk to candidates every day, and help build the AI-powered recruiting machine we run on. By the end of the six months, you'll have recruited people who are still at Zefir years later.
What You'll Do
Find and engage talent | About 70%
Help us find the people who will build Zefir's next chapter.
Turn hiring briefs and scorecards into searches: relevant backgrounds, target companies and places to look.
Explore LinkedIn Recruiter, revisit past Ashby candidates, and uncover promising profiles beyond incoming applications.
Explain why each candidate could be a fit in one clear sentence and keep their Ashby profile accurate.
Prepare personal outreach drafts in Zefir's voice, then use feedback to sharpen your approach.
Build and improve our AI recruiting workflows | About 30%
Work with our Talent Lead to turn ideas into useful automations and improve them through daily use.
Build and experiment: help create workflows for candidate sourcing, scoring, outreach and recruiting dashboards.
Test, learn, iterate: try different prompts and approaches, compare the results, and refine what works.
Apply your judgment: review AI recommendations against real profiles and use what you learn to improve the next batch.
Solve problems: investigate issues, debug workflows with the team, and find repetitive steps we can automate.
Who You Are
You're curious about people, technology and how companies build teams.
You think clearly, learn quickly, and enjoy turning an open-ended problem into concrete next steps.
You write strong French and can work in English.
You're comfortable exploring tools such as Claude or ChatGPT. Experience with Zapier or n8n is a bonus.
You're rigorous with details and resourceful when something doesn't work.
A first experience in sales, research, recruiting or a startup is welcome, but not required.
