Talent Acquisition for Co-Listing Agent Role

We are looking for a talent acquisition assistant to help us build a candidate pipeline for a Co-Listing Agent position.

Because the role is connected to short-term rentals, we are particularly interested in candidates who have practical experience with Airbnb.

Potential candidates may have worked as hosts, co-hosts, property managers, hospitality professionals or in related vacation rental activities.

The successful freelancer will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, reviewing their relevant background and starting an initial professional conversation.

The freelancer should be able to explain the opportunity clearly without making promises about employment or compensation that have not been provided by our company.

For candidates who express genuine interest, the freelancer will collect their CV and relevant professional information and maintain organized candidate records.

Our internal team will conduct the final evaluation and make all hiring decisions.

Previous recruitment experience is useful but not essential. This project can suit someone with experience in research, customer service, sales, administration or another people-focused role who wants to develop recruitment skills.
