We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
To excel as a Talent Acquisition Associate, you should have a sharp eye for talented people, attention to detail, great communication skills, and huge motivation to excel in your position as well as a steady commitment to help candidates find success in our company.
What You’ll Be Doing
Post job descriptions
Source potential candidates on niche platforms
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
Coordinate with the management to forecast goals and hiring needs
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Compose job offer letters
Onboard new hires
Identify potential clients during interviews and reach out to them via LinkedIn
Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience

Experience

Experience in full-cycle recruitment – ADVANTAGE
Skills & Competencies
Highly motivated and eager to learn the duties and competencies of different roles
Willingness and ability to quickly understand the recruitment selection methods and techniques
Hardworking, with a strong desire to excel in this role, and amenable to working long hours as needed
Excellent communicator
Great attention to details
Well-organized
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards – excellent proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter – ADVANTAGE
Communication
Excellent English communication skills, including speaking, writing, and reading comprehension – MUST
Setup & Availability
Stable internet: 100+ Mbps, quiet workspace
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM PHT. Must be available to work changing shifts as business needs require – MUST
